Why an internal TEAM FACTORY?

TOOT FACTORY RACING is a development team that competes in top-level international competitions with the aim of bringing TOOT RACING's innovation and disruptive approach to the Olympics.

As in motorsport, in today's cycling every detail counts. Winning is a question of fine tuning, of details, of particulars that can only be understood and developed to the fullest in world class competition. With telemetric data survey technologies, TOOT RACING engineers have the possibility of making increasingly advanced and performing components, parts and new frames available to the FACTORY TEAM.

THEFALCON - FACTORY 2022

Born from the mind of Romolo Stanco and from the work of a team of engineers specialized in computational mechanics, advanced materials and additive manufacturing, it is the answer to the question "why don't you make a carbon bike like everyone else?"
The answer is simple. "To win".

Presented on May 9, 2022 in a world premiere event, THEFALCON was homologated as a prototype as early as 2021. Lezica participated in the Roubaix World Championships with the BLACKFALCON prototype developed between summer 2020 and spring 2021. The frame in AlScaZir, an aerospace-grade superalloy combines unsurpassed stiffness with great lightness and handling. In January 2022 the 387 version was raced for the first time in Amsterdam. Designed entirely in 3D, it is the daughter of 3D printing and metal additive manufacturing with many parts made in Scalmalloy® by APWorks. The FACTORY TEAM guys use different versions of the "more of 50 medals winner" THEFALCON allowing engineers to continuously improve performance.
