After more than thirty years, TOOT RACING ENGINEERING brings research and experimentation back into the world of motor paced bikes, stayer bikes, an historic discipline that takes every component of the bike to the limit. Unique and extremely particular bicycles born of refined aerodynamics in which the influence of the motorcycle that the athlete rides affects position, components and frame at speeds exceeding 90km/h for an hour of competition.

Two years of work in the design of the HOURGLASS HG95T front wheel with CFD software and simulations with 3D printed models, Bianca Advanced Innovations and Compmech UNIPV engineers have developed solutions to make the stayer wheel even more performing than a front disc wheel.

Made of zero coating high modulus carbon fiber, the HG65STAYER represents the most advanced stayer front wheel on the market. The tubular tire bed can also accommodate 28mm tires for greater grip and smoothness and an important increase in comfort.

The stiffness of the wheel is guaranteed by the high profile of the rim and the hub flange which houses ceramic bearings for a smoothness at the limits of reality.

HG65STAYER is a further step by TOOT RACING ENGINEERING to bring the stayer back to being a spectacular and safe track discipline with performances never achieved before.
